Differential diagnosis of glaucoma and indication for conservative, surgical treatment (lens extraction, filtration surgery, cyclocryotherapy) and laser treatment (selective laser trabeculoplasty, laser iridotomy)

Follow-up care for patients with POAG, PACG, and secondary glaucoma.

Specialized examinations:

Gonioscopy: examination of the anterior chamber angle

OCT examination: examination of the optic nerve, nerve fiber layer, and ganglion cell layer

Perimetry: used to assess the extent and changes of the visual field

Non-contact and applanation tonometry: measurement of intraocular pressure
