ENT Clinic – General Admission

Patients referred by a general practitioner fall under the care of ENT physicians at the outpatient clinic (Klokočina, Chrenová, Špitálska).

We examine patients who are:

• referred by an ENT physician from the outpatient clinic for the purpose of hospitalisation or surgery,
• our patients after ENT surgery,
• patients referred for consultative examinations from other departments of the Nitra University Hospital, the Cardiocentre, the Specialised Hospital Veľké Zálužie, the Specialised Hospital Zobor, and patients serving a prison sentence,
• oncology patients who are under follow-up care with us,
• We prioritise examinations of:
  • acute conditions brought in by emergency medical services, bleeding, choking,
  • consultations from other healthcare facilities,
  • children and pregnant women,
  • patients with a tracheostomy

We kindly ask patients to bring with them previous medical reports and results of imaging examinations (CT, MRI, ultrasound, and others) they have already undergone, a referral from the referring physician, and their health insurance card. Thank you.
